Meet the Founder of Kardeva Restoration
Justin Church, founder of Kardeva Restoration, has spent his life immersed in building and roofing, learning the trade from his family and through years of hands-on experience. With a background as a HETAS heating engineer, in carpentry, and traditional boatbuilding, he developed a passion for restoring older buildings using natural materials and traditional techniques. Kardeva was founded to focus on honest, skilled restoration that preserves the history and integrity of these structures.

We rebuild and repair damaged stacks using lime mortar and traditional bricks or leadwork where needed – preventing leaks and preserving character.

Fascias & Guttering
We fit traditional-style guttering, fascias and soffits to guide water away and protect your walls from damp.
Lime Rendering & Lime Pointing
We use breathable lime-based finishes that allow moisture to escape and walls to stay healthy. No cement. No shortcuts.
Cob and Lath Repairs
Cornwall’s cob buildings need care. We repair and maintain them using the same traditional methods that were originally used in their construction, including expert lath wall repairs.
Mineral Painting & Decorating
